I'm the Big Sister! {Orlando Family Photographer}

Yes, Sam may be little but soon she will be a big sister! Dorothy and Steve are expecting their second baby (a boy) any day now. I just loved working with this very sweet family and am thrilled they have chosen me for their family and children photos over the next year. As I said to Dorothy while being photographed - don't be afraid to show that belly....pregnancy is beautiful! Thank you Dorothy and Steve =)

Family Fun {Orlando Family Photography}

As you will read below, I had so much fun photographing this family. I especially love taking these "behind the scenes" photos as I call them with the family looking out into the water. I feel like it is such a private moment and as an observer, I am catching a glimpse from behind. These is nothing more beautiful than a family silhouette. A special thank you to my very special friend for trusting me with her family photos. Love you Ash!

The Skelly Brothers {Orlando Child Photography}

Oh my what a photo session. Charlie and his little brother Sam are the two sons of Jon and Ashley, one of my dear-to-my-heart girlfriends from college. I was just telling her today that if I had time, I would design a family album of just the "out takes" from this session. Charlie was just hilarious with his faces, body language and laughs. I have never laughed so hard editing any other photo session! What a great reminder of how special life is with children...

Finally, some pictures of my two babies!

YEAH! I finally took the time to do a photo session with my two babies! My poor husband who had to tag along to carry my camera bag, snacks for kids and jump in to assist in posing and balancing the kids on a high ledge (all for the sake of a good picture). I am so pleased with how these turned out especially since these are those special moments that I want to remember forever. It just melts my heart to see Ella and Oliver play together and show love for each other. I hope you all enjoy...

Perfect Little Lady

OK, so maybe the title above does not apply all the time but Ella certainly had a good time playing it up for these photos. She was a photographers dream! I can't believe that while Oliver is turning 2, that means Ella is 3 1/2. Where did the time go? I do not know if more children are in my future but I will say that my life is surely more enriched and meaningful with these two. Being a mom is more rewarding then I could have ever imagined. Thank you Ella for being mom's sweet little princess...

My Baby is Turning 2!!!!

I can't believe my baby Oliver is turning 2 in a week! I just had to capture this moment. It feels like just yesterday Oliver was born and keeping us awake at all hours. I have enjoyed every stage of these past two years and look forward to so many more memories. Oliver is truly a blessing and has 100% captured my heart from the minute we laid eyes on each other. I love you precious boy!

The many smiles of Camryn

Here is another sequential giggle that was so much fun to take. Camryn has the most beautiful and enchanting smile and most amazing blue eyes. The perfect end to my session with her was to see her dance to "Yo Gabba Gabba"!

The many faces of Cayden

I just love these sequential shots of children telling a story through their facial expressions. Cayden was having so much fun in his sand box / playground that I had to position myself just right to keep the sand out of my lens =)

Chris & Andrea

I recently had the opportunity to photograph the Peters family again in their home (on a not-so-cold day). I just adore this family and felt so honored to spend time with them and especially their children. Cayden, their oldest son (3yrs old), was born with a congenital heart disease. I feel so blessed to have the chance to hear his story and learn about how each of us can individually contribute. Thank you Andrea & Chris for giving me the opportunity to capture the true kindness, fun and warmth that makes up your family. I am so lucky to know such an inspirational couple!

For the love of Pottery Barn!

We tried so hard to get all three kids in their pottery barn chairs for the perfect picture...we managed to at least get a few smiles from Colten enjoying his own moment.
