Lake Baldwin Lane

This photo session takes me to Baldwin Park, specifically, the grassy edge along Lake Baldwin Lane. I have driven by it a hundred times and suddenly looked at it and thought, "what a beautiful place for a session". Thank goodness for true friends like Shoie and her beautiful daughter Ava! We spent over an hour in the blazing sun taking the pictures after I ran across the street with a wicker love seat to use as a prop. I had a very specific vision with this session as you can see with the wicker seat, tall grass, flowers, water, blue sky and flowing dresses. We then changed it up a little with the pink balloons as a symbol of the new baby girl to come (Ava is already a proud big sis!). Thank you again to Shoie and Ava!
